New connection expands Kombiverkehr product range to Greece
11/16/2016
From 21 November 2016 Kombiverkehr is offering another connection to Greece in addition to the existing service to Lavrio via Trieste. From this date the Wels Vbf CCT terminal in Austria will be connected with the Sindos terminal near Thessaloniki in Greece twice a week in each direction in the eu.NETdirekt+ network.
This is an A-E service between Germany and Greece. Trains will depart Wels on Wednesdays and Saturdays and Sindos on Tuesdays and Saturdays. The new train product opens up a large number of national and international gateways, such as to and from Duisburg, Neuss, Ludwigshafen, Dörpen, Hamburg, Leipzig, Antwerp or Rotterdam. All standard transport units except trailers can be carried on the new route, as well as dangerous goods of classes 1 and 7.

Should you have any questions about or interest in the new service, please contact:
