Reduction of cancellation fees and standardisation of regulation with effect from 1 June 2017

On 1 June 2017 Kombiverkehr standardised the cancellation fees for national and international transports and reduced them as follows:
Kombiverkehr has made these arrangements with the interests of the customer in mind. Kombiverkehr is planning to review this whole issue in 2018 by taking every aspect into account for a more differentiated and more transparent examination.

- A cancellation fee of 75 euros per transport unit will be charged if a booked transport unit is cancelled or rebooked electronically or in writing after the close of scheduling on the day of dispatch.
- A cancellation fee of 100 euros per transport unit will be charged if a booked transport unit is not delivered and is not cancelled or rebooked electronically or in writing.
