Further developments in the portal myKOMBIVERKEHR
We have expanded the functionality of the myKOMBIVERKEHR portal, which was launched this year. In addition to the already integrated timetable, booking, order overview and tracking applications, users now also have access to a construction site preview with an overview of the construction activities starting in the coming month. Information about construction sites, including the impact on the estimated time of pick-up, is also displayed within the order overview. Another new feature is the "Ready for pick-up" direct display, which can be used to quickly and easily display and call up loading units that have arrived at the terminal and are ready for pick-up. Templates with a newly customised dynamic calendar functionality now round off the filter options within the order overview and also make daily scheduling easier.

The so-called "e-mail services" have been introduced to further improve information management. These are used to control which messages from Kombiverkehr on commercial and operational topics or on irregularities in the transport process are to be sent by e-mail according to personal requirements. The new functionality can be used for both personal e-mail accounts and technical service addresses.
