Open a safekeeping account
If you would like to test transports for the first time in the short term, you will need to open a safekeeping account.
To make it easier for you to get started and to ensure a smooth process, you will find all the information you need to open a safekeeping account here.

To open a safekeeping account, please also fill in the forms "Confirmation GTC" as well as "Company details" and send them to us by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Open the payment method kombiPAY30
If you have decided to transport your units with Kombiverkehr in the future, you will need to participate in the kombiPAY30 payment method. To do this, you will need the following documents:
- Terms of payment for new customers
Please read the agreement of payment terms for kombiPAY30 carefully and send the completed document signed as original by mail to Kombiverkehr GmbH & Co. KG, Finance and Accounting, Zum Laurenburger Hof 76, 60594 Frankfurt am Main.

- Annex 1: Directly enforceable guarantee
Please complete the directly enforceable guarantee and return the signed form by mail to Kombiverkehr GmbH & Co. KG, Finance and Accounting, Zum Laurenburger Hof 76, 60594 Frankfurt am Main.

- Annex 2: SEPA Direct Debit Mandate
You will receive the original form for the SEPA direct debit mandate separately by e-mail from our colleagues in Finance and Accounting during the opening of the procedure. For your information, you can download a MUSTER version here.

- Annex 3: Contact person

Please note that participation in the kombiPAY30 payment method can only take place after a successful credit check.
To open the kombiPAY30 payment method, please also complete and send us the "Confirmation GTC" and "Company details" forms by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org.
Required forms and information for the supervisor procedure
Participation in the supervisor procedure is a requirement for the use of online services in the protected customer area myKOMBIVERKEHR, such as booking your transports. Using this procedure, the supervisor controls the legitimations for all employees of your company for different web applications with just a few clicks.

- Forms Online Services
As part of the registration process for using the online services, we require the completed "Supervisor", "User" and "Central e-mail address" forms. Please send them by e-mail to email@example.com.
