We would like to draw your attention to the fact that a transport document accompanying transports with fireworks (UN 0333 to 0337) must indicate the following:
CLASSIFICATION OF FIREWORKS APPROVED BY THE COMPETENT AUTHORITY OF XX WITH REFERENCE FOR FIREWORKS XX/YYZZZZ.
XX is the international vehicle code under the Vienna Convention
YY is the identification of the competent authority (e.g. BAM for Germany)
ZZZZ is the serial reference
Under 5.4.1.2.1 g) ADR/RID this is mandatory for both road and rail transport. As the approval of classification must be made accessible to the forwarder or the competent authority at all times, we would ask you in such cases to send the approval when booking or to ask the delivering driver to pass it on to Kombiverkehr. According to 5.4.1.5.15 of the IMDG Code it is sufficient to indicate the serial reference.
