Deutsche Telekom is to stop supporting ISDN and analog technology and is already switching these connections off in stages. This also affects the communication systems used by Kombiverkehr. Kombiverkehr is responding to this fact as well as the unmistakeable trend towards greater email communication by dispensing with fax communication entirely from 1 January 2017. This measure will affect both the headquarters in Frankfurt am Main and our offices in Hamburg and Bonn. As a result of the switchover, there may also be changes in fax communications with our local agents at the terminals in future. We will inform you separately of this at the appropriate time.
