With effect from 3 September 2016 Kombiverkehr partner CargoNet will be running a direct train between the terminals of Trelleborg in Sweden and Alnabru (Oslo) in Norway. There are also plans to provide a link with the terminal in Malmö in future. A trucking service is currently provided between Trelleborg and Malmö. Containers, swap bodies and semitrailers are transported. The Scandinavian service operates three times a week in each direction: from Alnabru on Mondays, Wednesdays and Saturdays, and from Trelleborg on Tuesdays, Thursdays and Sundays.
