For shipments from DUSS terminals, Kombiverkehr is required to send all transport-related order data to the terminal operator for further processing as soon as the transport units arrive. From 1 January 2017 DUSS will apply a charge of EUR 12.00 for all changes made by customers to orders (concerning the date of transport, receiving terminal or train number) after the data has already been sent. DUSS will accept and execute any desired changes up to 120 minutes before the closing time for acceptance unless urgent operational reasons prohibit this. After that time DUSS can no longer guarantee being able to execute changes to orders in time. Kombiverkehr will pass on the fee charged by DUSS for changes to orders if the customer was responsible for the change.
