Technical modification of irregularity reports

Kombiverkehr is switching the process of creating and sending irregularity reports to a new IT application. Irregularity reports will be generated from the CAT system with immediate effect and forwarded electronically by staff in Transport Monitoring. The switch will be made on individual routes in succession. The reports from CAT are identical to the previous "BIS reports" in terms of content and are made available in the form of PDF documents.
