A new function named "Cancel and reuse order information" is now available for online booking. This option means that order information from cancelled orders can be reused for a new booking. When making a new booking, it is now possible to amend details such as invoice recipient, shipper, recipient and even the date of the scheduled delivery without having to re-enter existing details such as hazardous goods and customs information. This function is useful if rebooking the following day, for example.

Please note: Before a new booking can be generated with this function, the existing order must first be cancelled by the user. The colour of the button will change from red to green if the responsible Kombiverkehr agency has cancelled an order. If the status of the order is "Cancelled", the name of the function is "Reuse order information".
