Improved check-in at Malmö terminal
03/27/2018
The check-in procedure at the Malmö Kombiterminal has now been changed to comply with general standards. To ensure safe transfer and transport on arrival, the following criteria in particular will be checked for compliance:

  • Closed and undamaged tarpaulins and roofs
  • Closed doors
  • Tarpaulin tensioning devices in perfect working order
  • Undamaged support legs and grappler pockets
  • No displaced loads

New: To avoid mistakes and duplicate orders, the truck driver must inform the staff preparing the transport unit for despatch of the operator and the route planned for the unit.

Please note that check-in does not include inspection of the wheels, lights or mudflaps.
