Greater capacity on Duisburg – Lübeck v.v. route

Following the optimisation of train capacities and restructuring in the vicinity of the Duisburg-Ruhrort Hafen (DUSS) terminal, Kombiverkehr has been offering additional capacity on the Duisburg – Lübeck Skandinavienkai v.v. route since 5 February 2018.
The timetable on this route was adjusted in line with ferry arrivals, allowing a later closing time for acceptance in Lübeck. The consequent later departure time has resulted in a change to the pick-up time in Duisburg. In addition, the closing time for acceptance in Duisburg for the first train on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays has been extended from 15.40 to 17.45. The closing time for acceptance for the second train from Duisburg to Lübeck is now 21.40 on Mondays to Fridays.
